How Are Honey Caramels Made?

Our honey caramels are handcrafted in small batches using traditional confectionery methods, but with a natural twist. Instead of boiling refined sugars or corn syrups, we carefully heat and reduce pure Sonoran Desert Wildflower Honey, blending it with rich organic cream, butter and premium ingredients. The mixture is cooked to the precise temperature required to achieve a smooth, velvety texture. Once perfected, it is poured, cooled, cut, and individually wrapped to preserve freshness.
Cool and Cut: Once cooked, the caramel is poured onto a flat surface, cooled slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Wrap Individually: To keep freshness and prevent sticking, each caramel is cut and wrapped by hand in cello.
