1. Introduction and Ownership

This website is owned and operated by Rich River Trading, LLC dba Untamed Confections. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Commercial Terms

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Pricing: The prices we charge for our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Payments: All direct payment gateways offered via Wix.com adhere to PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Perishable Goods Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to guarantee its temperature control or integrity, and therefore cannot restock or resell it.

Damaged or Missing ItemsWe take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives significantly damaged (e.g., crushed box, melted product) or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your Order Number.
Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will review the information and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or a store credit.

Shipping Issues Untamed Confections is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages left unattended in high-heat conditions after delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music, are the exclusive property of Rich River Trading, LLC dba Untamed Confections.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rich River Trading, LLC dba Untamed Confections, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Right to Suspend or Cancel User Accounts

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of United States, Arizona.
