SECTION 1 - SHIPPING & PROCESSING

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Untamed Confections chocolates and caramels are made fresh in small batches.
Please allow 4–6 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing time is separate from UPS transit time.

Do you offer rush processing or guaranteed delivery dates?
No. Because our products are handcrafted, we cannot guarantee delivery by specificdates (including birthdays, holidays, or events) unless arranged before placing your order.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship exclusively with UPS for reliability and temperature‑sensitive handling. Though we have the right to change that to another shipper if needed. Shipping rates and delivery estimates come directly from UPS at checkout.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No. Delivery dates shown at checkout are UPS estimates and not guaranteed. Unless it is a priority shipping method.
Transit time begins only after your order has completed processing.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Do you ship during warm weather?
Yes, but warm‑weather shipping rules apply.
Chocolate and caramel are heat‑sensitive. During warm months, we may require insulated packaging or upgraded shipping to reduce melt risk.
If warm‑weather recommendations are declined, Untamed Confections is not responsible for melted items.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Once a package leaves our kitchen, UPS is responsible for transit.
Untamed Confections is not responsible for:

Customers must file claims directly with UPS, FEDEX or USPS for carrier‑related issues.
Once a package is accepted by UPS, it is in the carrier’s possession. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, the recipient must contact UPS directly to file a claim. Untamed Confections is unable to file claims on behalf of recipients.

SECTION 2 - ORDERING & CHECKOUT
I didn’t receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email provided at checkout.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made to order, we cannot cancel or modify orders once production has begun.
Please double‑check your order details before submitting.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to update the address.
Once production or shipping begins, we cannot make changes.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Untamed Confections is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please verify your address carefully at checkout.

Do you include receipts in the package?
No. We do not include receipts or pricing in shipments which makes it perfect for gifting.

Can I add a gift message?
Yes. You can add a gift message during checkout, and we will include it with your order.

Are your chocolates and caramels handmade?
Yes. Every product is handcrafted in small batches in our Tubac, Arizona licensed commercial kitchen.

What ingredients do you use?
We use ethically sourced organic cacao, Sonoran Desert Wildflower honey and high‑quality organic, organic practices and wild-harvested ingredients. Specific ingredients are listed on each product page.

Are your products gluten‑free, dairy‑free, or vegan?
Ingredient details vary by product. Please refer to the product page for allergen information.

Do your products contain nuts?
Some products contain nuts, and all products are made in a facility that processes nuts.

How should I store my chocolates and caramels?
Store chocolates in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
How long do your chocolates and caramels last?
Shelf life varies by product, but most items are best enjoyed within one year of purchase for optimal freshness.

What is your warm‑weather shipping policy?
During warm months, we may require insulated packaging or upgraded shipping.
If these recommendations are declined, Untamed Confections is not responsible for melted items.
Do you ship during Arizona summers?
Yes, but with strict warm‑weather guidelines.
Orders may require expedited shipping to minimize melt risk.

How do I prevent melting?
Choose the recommended warm‑weather shipping option at checkout.
Bring packages indoors promptly upon delivery and have someone receive them.

Do you guarantee holiday delivery?
Holiday delivery is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
Orders placed within 10 days of a major holiday may not arrive in time.

Do you offer local delivery?
We do not currently have local delivery, but we do offer local pickup.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes. For corporate orders, event favors, or bulk gifting, please contact us directly for availability and lead times.

Custom orders are available for a special events, weddings, baby showers and seasonal. Please reach out for details.
