At Untamed Confections, every chocolate and caramel is handcrafted in small batches in our Tubac, Arizona kitchen. Because our products are made with care, not mass‑produced. Our shipping timelines and policies are designed to protect product quality and ensure the best possible experience.

Processing Time
​
All orders are made fresh.
Please allow 4-6 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Untamed Confections does not offer same‑day or next‑day processing.

Shipping Methods
​
We take extra care because our chocolates are made with real, high-quality ingredients that don't like the desert heat.
We use specialized materials to ensure your treats stay perfect from our kitchen to your doorstep.
We ship exclusively with UPS 2nd day air for reliable handling of temperature‑sensitive products.
Shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated directly by UPS at checkout.
Once a package is accepted by UPS, it is in the carrier’s possession.

Warm‑Weather Shipping

To ensure the safety of your temperature-sensitive items, all items in a mixed order are shipped using our premium, protected method.

Our chocolates, caramels and honeymallows are heat‑sensitive. During warm weather, Untamed Confections may require insulated packaging or upgraded shipping to reduce the risk of melting.
If warm‑weather recommendations are declined, Untamed Confections is not responsible for melted items.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are UPS estimates and are not guaranteed.
Untamed Confections cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates (including birthdays, holidays, or events) unless arrangements are made before placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
Untamed Confections is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
​
Once a package leaves our kitchen, UPS is responsible for transit.
Untamed Confections is not responsible for:

Customers must file claims directly with UPS for carrier‑related issues.

Holiday Ordering
Holiday delivery is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
Orders placed within 10 days of a major holiday may not arrive in time.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, Untamed Confections cannot cancel or modify orders once production has begun.
