Handcrafted & Made Fresh  All orders are made in small batches. Please allow 4–6 business days for processing before shipping.

Warm‑Weather Notice  Our chocolates, caramels and honeymallows are heat‑sensitive. Insulated packaging or upgraded shipping may be required during warm weather. Untamed Confections is not responsible for melted items if warm‑weather recommendations are declined.

Shipping & Delivery  We ship with UPS. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Order Confirmation  A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Address Accuracy  Please double‑check your shipping address. Untamed Confections is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Note: Transit times are estimated by UPS. For time-sensitive gifts, we recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance to account for both our 6 business day hand-crafting period and shipping transit

Returns & Refunds Policy

Perishable Goods Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to guarantee its temperature control or integrity, and therefore cannot restock or resell it.

Damaged or Missing Items We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives significantly damaged (e.g., crushed box, melted product) or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Please include your Order Number.

• Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

• We will review the information and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or a store credit.

Shipping Issues Untamed Confections is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (UPS), incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages left unattended in high-heat conditions after delivery.

Because our [Chocolate/Caramels/Honeymallows] are sweetened only with pure honey, they are more sensitive to their environment than standard candy.

• The 'Sweet Spot': Store at room temperature (72 degrees) in a dry place like a pantry.

• Avoid the Fridge: Cold temperatures can cause the honey to crystallize or the chocolate to 'bloom,' affecting the smooth texture.

• Keep it Sealed: Honey naturally absorbs moisture. To keep your treats from getting sticky, keep the container tightly sealed until you're ready to indulge.

• Natural Changes: Like a jar of raw honey, these treats may slightly firm up over time. This is a natural process and a sign of our pure ingredients.

• First Impression (The Aroma): Before the first bite, notice the scent. Unlike the one-dimensional smell of sugar, honey-based treats carry the delicate floral or earthy notes of the nectar the bees gathered.

• The Initial Impact (The Difference) Notice how each confection is then wait for the wash of flavors over your palate.

• The Evolution (Development): As the treat melts, the flavor should "bloom." The chocolates, honey softens the flavor of the chocolate and our caramels, it amplifies the butterscotch and roasted notes through natural browning processes.
