Returns & Refunds Policy
Perishable Goods Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to guarantee its temperature control or integrity, and therefore cannot restock or resell it.
Damaged or Missing Items We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives significantly damaged (e.g., crushed box, melted product) or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include your Order Number.
Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will review the information and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or a store credit.
Shipping Issues Untamed Confections is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (UPS), incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages left unattended in high-heat conditions after delivery.

Warm‑Weather Notice Our chocolates, caramels and honeymallows are heat‑sensitive. Insulated packaging or upgraded shipping may be required during warm weather. Untamed Confections is not responsible for melted items if warm‑weather recommendations are declined.

Avoid the Fridge: Cold temperatures can cause the honey to crystallize or the chocolate to 'bloom,' affecting the smooth texture.
Keep it Sealed: Honey naturally absorbs moisture. To keep your treats from getting sticky, keep the container tightly sealed until you're ready to indulge.
Natural Changes: Like a jar of raw honey, these treats may slightly firm up over time. This is a natural process and a sign of our pure ingredients.
