Returns & Refunds Policy
Perishable Goods Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to guarantee its temperature control or integrity, and therefore cannot restock or resell it.
Damaged or Missing Items We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives significantly damaged (e.g., crushed box, melted product) or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include your Order Number.
Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will review the information and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or a store credit.
