We just finished hosting the satellite series from University of Arizona Food Lecture.  Nationally recognized experts on the farm to table food cycle presented how it affects the environment and our health.  For those of you who may have missed this series and want to learn more the University of Arizona has provided a link to additional resources related to this topic.

A friend of ours just shared a link from Allan Savory founder of the Savory Institute.  He has some videos on his website from a 2014 London Conference which puts another twist on the topic.  Mind you the videos are over an hour in length and there are two of them so put some time aside if you are interested in watching them.  Though we believe they are well worth it to gain another perspective.
