Chiles, Chocolate, & Day of the Dead Festival, Tohona Chul Botanical Gardens

The mission of Tohono Chul Park is to enrich people's lives by connecting them with the wonders of nature, art and culture in the Sonoran Desert region and inspiring wise stewardship of the natural world.

This fits right in line with Untamed Confections' view of our lives and how we live them. Stop by our booth and experience all natural Sonoran Desert honey chocolate confections while enjoying the beautiful botanical gardens and art work in Tucson's Tohona Chul.

Tohona Chul's 2016 homage to the cult of the fiery chile—and decadent chocolate—also celebrates another enduring tradition of the borderlands, Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a time we remember and honor those who have gone before. Throughout the grounds, vendors feature chile and Day of the Dead inspired crafts and chile and chocolate culinary delights. Enjoy culinary demonstrations, chile roasters, musical entertainment, local artists, sales of ornamental and edible chile plants, free Day of the Dead-themed face painting and children’s activities. Sponsored by Arizona Oncology/US Oncology Network, Splendido, Edible Baja Arizona, and the Desert Leaf.
